Created in 2006, the Labrador Inuit Capital
Strategy Trust (LICST), a corporate body at arms-length from the Nunatsiavut
Government, is responsible for a large range of economic development activities
on behalf of the Beneficiaries of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement. Currently the LICST is seeking a seasoned
General Manager who will lead the organization to new heights.
The General Manager
will assess, develop and manage all potential and existing business operations
and relationships under the LICST portfolio.
They will work in partnership and collaboration with all stakeholders while
playing a vital role in economic and business development for the entire
Nunatsiavut Territory. S/he will have a
proven track record in developing sustainable business partnerships and joint
ventures, and will possess excellent knowledge and skills in governance,
financial assessment/ accountability, and negotiations.
