EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The current Executive Director (ED) is retiring after 20 years of leading and contributing to the strategic growth
and vision of the community. The Association’s dedicated Board is composed of 25 members, a Youth Council
and an Elders’ Advisory Council.
Serving as the chief executive and in partnership with the Board, the successful candidate will strategically
lead a highly engaged team that is deeply committed to a healthy and effective workplace. The new ED will
embrace the current organizational culture that is deeply rooted in the philosophy of love, resilience and
community services. She/he will be passionate about the organization’s mission and vision as well as
supporting all the member organizations and will be committed to improving the quality of life for urban
Aboriginal Peoples.
