In times of transition, we can't help but look back and look forward. In June, my tenure as Chair of CCHRA came to a close, and soon, Nish Verma will take over as Chair of HRMAM. Looking back on my experience on the Board of HRMAM I can honestly say that it has been a time of exploration and growth for me personally and for the organization.
