The School of Indigenous Education (SIE) offers a broad spectrum of academic programs combined with support services to ensure the success of Aboriginal students. As part of a comprehensive and ambitious strategy, RRC further enhances these programs and services for Aboriginal (First Nation, Inuit and Métis) students and communities by partnering with Aboriginal organizations, agencies, and leadership to deliver community-based training.

Red River College is seeking a Dean, Indigenous Education and Community Relations who is an energetic, confident leader, well-grounded in Indigenous issues and passionate about improving post-secondary educational opportunities and outcomes for Aboriginal students.  Building on the College’s existing efforts, you will thrive on building alliances and providing strategic leadership and direction, both internally and externally, that enhance RRC’s desire and ability to meet the needs of Aboriginal learners.
