Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Director of Business Development will support and manage the current business and administrative needs of Many Nations Financial Services while implementing the strategic plan for significant growth. This newly created role will oversee the continued development and growth of a national network of partners responsible for delivering superior insurance and wealth management products and services. She/he will be responsible for sales planning, negotiating with insurance providers, development of product lines, and the recruitment and training of a high performing sales and service team across the country.
