Focused on building strong relationships and strengthening the regional economy of the Kootenays, Ktunaxa Nation Council strives to achieve strong and healthy Ktunaxa citizens and communities. Founded in 1970, Ktunaxa Nations’ goal is to preserve and promote their four key pillars: traditional knowledge & language, social sector, lands & resources and economic investment.
